Product Introduction
 

The FSY pump is a vertical glass fiber reinforced plastic FRP vertical submerged pump centrifugal pump. The wetted parts are made of polyvinyl butyral modified phenolic glass fiber, phenolic glass fiber reinforced plastics formed by high temperature molding, and the semi-dry method is used for the connecting pipe and the liquid pipe.

The phenolic glass steel pipe made by the process, the assembly of the impeller bushing is glued together with the phenolic cement and the pump shaft. The assembly of each part under the liquid is bonded with phenolic cement, and the metal is not in contact with the medium under the liquid, and the corrosion resistance is obtained.

Absolutely reliable, the product has excellent properties such as light weight, high strength, no deformation, temperature resistance and corrosion resistance. It can partially replace precious metals such as aluminum stainless steel, titanium and titanium alloy in anti-corrosion.
The pump adopts an invasive design, the pump body invades the liquid in the storage tank, and the impeller is installed at the end of the rotating shaft, so that the rolling bearing is away from the liquid, so that the upper part is not corroded by the conveying medium, because the pump body is invaded in the liquid, as long as If the liquid level is higher than the pump body, it can be started without filling.

When transporting, the leakage liquid flows back into the storage tank through the leakage hole on the center tube, so that the pump has no exhaust and start-up and leakage and sealing problems. The design is reasonable and easy to use.

Due to the different depth of the pump body into the storage tank, the design liquid depth can be arbitrarily selected between 350 mm and 3500 mm. Pump drive and direction of rotation: The pump is driven directly by the motor via a claw-type flexible coupling, and the pump rotates clockwise from the motor end.
 

Application:
 

FSY vertical submerged pumps are widely used in industries of chemical, petrochemical, smelting, dyes, pesticides, rare earths, leather to transport various non-oxidizing acids that do not contain suspended solid particles, are not easily crystallized, and have a temperature lower than 100ºC . It is the most reasonable equipment for corrosive media such as hydrochloric acid, dilute sulfuric acid, formic acid, acetic acid and butyric acid.
